Tasmanian Baptist Women's Ministries provides fellowship, support and encouragement for all women in Baptist churches throughout Tasmania, and seeks to encourage women into a growing personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, helping them to attain their full potential for Christian ministry.
We are affiliated with The Baptist Union of Tasmanian, with Australian Baptist Women, and with other Baptist Women's groups throughout the world.
The executive meets quarterly at Dayspring in Launceston. The dates are published in "In Touch." As we meet and share, plan and pray together we trust that we are meeting the needs of the women of our state. Please share any new ideas or successful activities with other groups or our secretary so she can pass them on. We need to support and encourage each other as we serve the Lord and seek to share the Good News with those with whom we come in contact.
During the year we organise three main events. Each one is different and the aim is to meet the needs of as many women as possible. If there are any speakers or activities that you would like us to investigate, please let one of the executive know.
